Terms of Service

By using Jungle Arena, you agree to the simple rules below. The spirit: have fun, respect others, break nothing.
1. The service
Jungle Arena is a free online game based on Dou Shou Qi (the jungle game). It is provided “as is”, without warranty, and may evolve or shut down at any time.
2. Your account
You choose a username and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. One account per person; no bots, no multi-accounts to inflate your rating.
3. Behavior
No insults, no harassment, no offensive usernames, no cheating, no automating moves, no attempting to exploit a vulnerability. Otherwise: account suspension without notice.
4. Player-generated content
The only content you provide for now is your username. You are responsible for it. We may remove it if it breaks rule 3.
5. Intellectual property
The code, design, illustrations and the “Jungle Arena” trademark belong to their respective authors. You may play, share screenshots, talk about the game, but not copy the code to make a commercial clone.
6. Premium subscription
Premium is billed via Stripe monthly or annually as you choose. You can cancel at any time from Profile → My subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period. No bank card data passes through or is stored on our side. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (fully performed digital services), you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you start the subscription. As a goodwill gesture, we refund on simple request within the first 14 days if you are not satisfied.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger zone. The erasure is immediate and irreversible. If you are a Premium subscriber, cancel your subscription first, otherwise Stripe will keep billing you until the end of the period.
8. Personal data
Everything is explained in the privacy policy.
9. Liability
The service is offered free of charge (free mode) or by subscription (Premium). We do our best but we are not liable for a game lost due to a bug, a network outage, or a crash. Don't store anything important here.
10. Changes
These terms may change. Significant changes will be announced on the home page.
11. Governing law
French law. French courts have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
